Founded in 1985, Trees Atlanta protects and improves Atlanta’s urban forest by planting, conserving, and educating. Empowered by a community of volunteers, Trees Atlanta serves the metro Atlanta area and has grown to become one of Atlanta’s most widely known and supported non-profit organizations. Youth and Family education programs are provided throughout the year as well as in-school programming.
Trees Atlanta provides school programs (including homeschool groups.) Family Fun programs include monthly story times at local libraries, quarterly activity/craft programs, and seasonal camps.
