Celebrating African American quilts with exhibits, classes & lectures.The AQF is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of African American quilting and other textile art. It showcases some of the finest examples of African American quilts, dolls and other fiber art across the spectrum of all genres including traditional, art, modern and African American Heritage styles. Family Saturday - High Museum of Art

Family Canoe Day at CNC

This introduction to canoeing on Beaver Pond is for first time paddlers, families with young kids, or adults coming back to the sport. CNC’s canoe guides will spend extra time going over paddling techniques and equipment, as well as lead races and games to practice.
