Junior TreeKeeper Summer Camp is a day camp summer program that fosters a sense of environmental stewardship through nature exploration, group collaboration, and bike-riding (for rising grades 2-6). Campers will spend each day discovering greenspaces along the Atlanta Beltline as well as fostering meaningful relationships with the natural world and the people around them. Campers in rising grades 2-6 must be confident bike riders in order to participate in this camp.
Session Six: July 14, 2025 - July 18, 2025 - A Breath of Fresh Air
Explore the forest's role as the lungs for the entire planet! Campers will dive into atmospheric science, discovering how our urban forest produces the air we breathe as well as different ways to safeguard our delicate atmosphere.
