Weekly Summer Camp Sessions offered June 1 – June 26 and July 6 – July 31
Our Camp Daily Hours for Summer Camp 2026:
- Standard Time: 9:00 am – 3:15 pm
- Before Care: 8:00 am – 8:30 am
- After Care: 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm
We offer fun and energetic ways for youth grades 1 to 6 to learn about their natural world and explore the outdoors. Fall, winter, and spring camps, as well as summer camp, are aligned with Atlanta Public Schools (APS) teacher workdays and school holidays.
During camp, each day is a new adventure! Campers will spend time doing hands-on activities in environmental science, exploring the Atlanta Beltline Arboretum, playing games, creating art, and biking each day on the Atlanta Beltline. It’s fun to make new friends and learn about the importance of our urban forest.
Trees Atlanta Junior TreeKeeper Camp involves outdoor activities that requires bike riding competency for grades 2 through 6. Rising 1st grade campers will be in a smaller, non-biking group.
For Seasonal Break Camps, all campers (Grades 1-6) will be together in one camp. All campers for Seasonal Break Camps must know how to confidently ride a 2-wheeled bicycle.
Camper are organized into these three groups:
- Sassafras Group: Rising 1st Graders (Sassafras group will not include bike riding.)
- Quercus Group: Rising 2nd – 3rd Graders (Biking Group)
- Acer Group: Rising 4th – 6th Graders (Biking group). Each week of camp, Acers will also participate in an off-site field trip. Location is determined by session.
