About the Book: Discover Wangari Maathai's big ideas about restoring nature and ways even the youngest kids can help, too! Even little children can make a positive impact on the environment. Wangari Maathai grew up in Kenya, and her childhood was spent playing beneath mugumo fig trees.

- Getting There: Free parking is available at the Library. Bike racks are located in front of the building. MARTA bus stop at the intersection of Metropolitan Pkwy SW & Manford Rd SW.
- Age Range: Ideal for children ages 3-5 years old and their caregiver
- Registration: No registration required but you can sign-up to receive an email reminder. Please consider making a donation to help us continue to offer these programs
