Hi I'm Holly Tate - a multipassionate artist & educator. I work with kids, teens and adults through a variety of programs that support my mission to share good vibes and magical moments through the power of positivity, creativity, meditation, and inspiration: A Cup of Rainbows.
I'm a professional vocalist, music lover, arts educator, emotional wellness & mental health advocate, mindset coach & hypnotherapist, anxiety hacker & meditation trainer, intuitive reader, and spiritual advisor.
That said, I often find it difficult to sum up what I do. But basically if it's artsy or heart-sy, then you'll probably see it on my resume or event calendar.
I like to say I'm a modern day "Renaissance woman" (but with a t-shirt and blue jeans approach) and I teach the art of appreciation, elevation, aspiration & inspiration (or simply put: how to feel good and have fun).
