The purpose of Caterpillar's Promise, Inc. is to motivate others, especially the youth, to use their talents, such as Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics, for the greater good through its service, seminars, and showcases. The organization is based on the foundation of fulfilling purpose through development. That is the caterpillar's promise.
The program is dedicated to cultivating “E-STEAM” in the youth via a mentorship ecosystem of K12, college students, and young professionals. E-STEAM is a five-stage program that concludes with a S.T.E.A.M. showcase highlighting STEM and the Arts.
