Blue Heron Nature Preserve

The Blue Heron Nature Preserve is a 30-acre haven for nature in an urban environment. Enjoy the trails from dawn till dusk throughout the year, or join us for a camp or program! At Blue Heron Day Camps, your child will spend most of their time outside learning from nature. Your children learn to interact safely with nature; turning over rocks and logs, climbing downed trees, skipping rocks in the creek, and catching butterflies and insects in nets. Celebrate your child’s birthday at Blue Heron! All parties include a fun, engaging outdoor program led by a Blue Heron naturalist.
