The benefits of yoga are extensive and undeniable. It refines flexibility and balance, strengthens concentration and focus, builds muscle and coordination, and increases relaxation and mindfulness. Classes are offered Mon & Thurs at 3:45p or 4:15p and on Tues at 3:30p or 4:00p at $18 / session.
