Join us at Tellus Science Museum on Monday, April 8, to witness the Great American Solar Eclipse of 2024!
Our Observatory will be open 12:30 – 4:30 PM (weather permitting) for guests to view the spectacle with our solar telescope. At Tellus, we will experience 84% coverage of the Sun. We will also have live views of totality from other locations via NASA’s stream in our Theater.
HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES 12:30 - 4:30 PM
- Make a solar bead bracelet
- Create eclipse chalk art
PLUS, FREE FOR MUSEUM GUESTS:
Giveaways are one per guest and while supplies last.
- One pair of solar viewing glasses - pickup with ticket purchase
- One eclipse Mini Moon Pie - pickup when exiting the Observatory
