Have you heard about FIT4MOM? Maybe from a friend? Maybe you have seen a bunch of moms pushing strollers and doing crazy things like singing and strength training? You have probably seen us singing at strollers while doing squats or mountain climbers.
Have you thought about trying a class? What is this nonsense?
New Mama Monday is YOUR time to try. Bring your stroller kiddo, bring your older kiddo (4 and under must be in a stroller, 5+ can bring a camping chair or extra yoga mat - for safety), come alone. We want to show YOU what FIT4MOM Roswell Alpharetta Perimeter is all about.
We have two locations participating in New Mama MOnday: Perimeter - Perimeter Mall & one location in the north Alpharetta area - Halcyon. All mamas present will be entered to win a Starbucks Gift Card and some "Mama Swag".
