Kids' Yogaland's Mommy/Daddy and Me yoga service provides a unique opportunity for parents and children to bond while exploring the world of yoga together. Through fun and animated poses, we take you on a journey to YogaLand, where you and your child can engage in playful activities, sing songs, and practice breathing exercises.
Location: City Spring's in Sandy Springs
Fee: $20/family

Kids' Yogaland's Mommy/Daddy and Me yoga service provides a unique opportunity for parents and children to bond while exploring the world of yoga together. This 45-minute class, suitable for children aged 2 to 6, also includes age-appropriate relaxation techniques. We extend a warm welcome to daddies and grandparents to join in this joyful and enriching experience.
Location: The City Green in Sandy Springs, the field in front of the City Hall.
Fee: $20 flat fee per family up to 4 people
