Ages 6-9
Inspired by local Atlanta projects like Ponce City Market and the Atlanta BeltLine, campers will see how old factories can become vibrant community hubs and how forgotten railways can turn into bustling parks and trails.
Whether it's turning an abandoned factory into a vibrant community center or reimagining a forgotten park, campers will breathe new life into urban environments. Through hands-on activities and creative problem-solving, they’ll discover how redesigning can create fresh opportunities and sustainable solutions—all while having tons of fun!
Campers will learn to:
-
Build with LEGO® bricks focusing on repurposing architectural spaces
-
Redesign old LEGO® buildings into fresh, new structures
-
Explore sustainable design principles through LEGO® play
Engage in fun activities that promote creativity and problem-solving
At the end of the week, parents and caregivers are invited for a showcase of the campers’ creations!
What to Bring:
Campers should bring a water bottle, snacks, and lunch.
