Kids African Dance Camp
Students will learn two dances from the Republic of Guinea-West Africa that are focused on community and celebration. Students will have an opportunity to discuss traditional African dance costumes and plan what their own costumes for the final program performance will be.

Ages: 8-17
Dates: June 29th-July 3rd
Time: 10 am – 2 pm
Cost: $275 ($245 CAC Member)
Instructor: Mabinti Shabu
Description: Students will learn two dances from the Republic of Guinea-West Africa that are focused on community and celebration. Students will have an opportunity to discuss traditional African dance costumes and plan what their own costumes for the final program performance will be. There will be a final demonstration for family and friends to celebrate what students have achieved during their time dancing together!
