This introductory workshop will give students an overview of what to expect in the AP U.S. History course. Skills and methods used by historians will be covered: analyzing primary and secondary sources, developing arguments, making connections, and using reason and logic to examine the periods and themes in U.S. History. An overview of content and the skills necessary to tackle complex reading and comprehension will also be introduced. Get a head start on one of the most popular AP courses!
