February Sewing Camp

Ages: 8-Adult
Dates: Saturday, February 3 and 17
Time: February 3 – 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and February 17 – 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
Cost: $135 (CAC member $120)
Must have previously attended a beginner’s workshop
Did you enjoy the beginner workshop? Let’s enhance our sewing skills. This month is all about zippers. Join us on February 3rd and February 17th.
We will be learning how to sew with zippers. The project this month will be a lined zippered pouch. All materials and sewing machine use is included. However, students are welcome to bring their sewing machine and fabric.
Students will learn:
- How to use the seam allowance to sew the project
- How to use a zipper and a zipper foot
- How to cut and sew a lined zipper pouch
Additional sewing projects will be available after completion of the course. Happy sewing!
