Our recreational girls gymnastics program has three levels and each level builds upon the mastery of the skills learned in the previous class.

Cartwheels introduces beginners to the four main gymnastics events. Round-offs for the intermediate gymnast builds upon the skills learned in Cartwheels and advances the gymnast's skills in the vault, bars, beam, and floor. Handsprings is our advanced class for serious gymnasts and requires a coach's recommendation. Handsprings level gymnasts add flight and strength elements.
Boys Gymnastics
This gymnastics class is designed just for boys! Your son will develop gymnastics skills while also improving his strength, flexibility, body coordination, and overall agility.
