Camp Be The Change

Calling all young social activists! Ghandi said, “Be the change you wish to see in the world,” and in this camp, which is back for its second year due to popular demand, we explore all of the amazing ways kids can make a difference in the world around them.

We’ll learn about influential figures in history who have fought to make the world a better place, from Susan B. Anthony to Representative John Lewis.
We’ll also learn about kids that are taking a stand and changing their communities.
This camp will cover a wide range of topics from random acts of kindness to civil liberties.
We’ll have fun exploring ways to improve and support our own community – volunteering, planting trees, writing petitions, creating public art, and so much more.
