Join us for a fun, low-impact Babywearing Dance Class—no experience needed! Move, bond, and stay active with your baby (ages 2–18 months) while connecting with other moms. Hosted by MESH moms, a community that supports moms through connection, expert-led events, and local meetups.

Join us for a Babywearing Dance Class—no dance experience needed! This fun, low-impact class lets you move, bond, and connect with your baby (ages 2–18 months) while staying active. We’ll start with a short circle time, then enjoy a guided dance session focused on gentle movement, core, and pelvic floor engagement.
