Advanced Fashion Design Camp

This camp is designed for students who have completed Young Fashion Entrepreneur Camp (Week 1) or who already have basic sewing experience. Students will learn introductory draping techniques and develop their own fashion designs while constructing a custom garment.

Join instructor Natisa Williams of SewFluent for a five day fashion-focused sewing camp!
Ages: 8 and up
Camp Duration: 1 Week (M-F)
Two weeks to choose from:
June 15th–June 19th

July 13th–July 17th
Daily Time: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Cost: $275 per student ($250 members)
Description:
This camp is designed for students who have completed Young Fashion Entrepreneur Camp (Week 1) or who already have basic sewing experience. Students will learn introductory draping techniques and develop their own fashion designs while constructing a custom garment.
Camp concludes with a Student Designer Showcase.
Students should bring a lunch and a snack.

3–4 yards woven fabric
1 invisible zipper
Coordinating thread
Fabric scissors
Measuring tape
Pins & pincushion
Hand sewing needles
Sketchbook
Pencil and colored pencils or markers
