Trial Teen Yoga Class!
Free yoga class for teens to get exposed to what yoga is and how it can benefit you with life skills on and off the mat! Discovering personal growth, coping skills, esteem, critical and cognitive thinking and application, and simply learning a deeper understanding in how beautiful and amazing your being and journey in life can be. Loving to move, to calm racing thoughts, and be social!
