Stellar Astronomy Workshop- Tellus Science Museum

Learn how to observe the planets, stars, and constellations. Get to know the evening sky in the Bentley Planetarium, and observe the night sky with small, portable telescopes and through our 20″ reflecting telescope in the Observatory. All participants will receive a rotary star chart with hands-on instructions on how to use it.

This workshop will happen rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, the Observatory will be limited to tours only. The Observatory is not heated or air-conditioned, so please dress accordingly.
Limited space available. Prepaid reservations required. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Reservations close at noon Wednesday, October 30, 2019. Cancellation policy: 48 hours before for full refund.
