FREE PLANETARIUM SHOW: To World Beyond
From the fiery surface of the Sun to the icy realm of comets, travel to worlds with enormous volcanoes, vast canyons, dazzling rings, and storms that would swallow the Earth. Learn more about Mars and Pluto too!
Recommended for ages 5 and up.
Show times: 5:15, 6:00, 6:45, 7:30 and 8:15 PM
KID’S ACTIVITY: Can you dissolve a rock? Come and find out as you experiment with different solutions on a marble chip and leave with your own piece of this important building material.
OBSERVATORY: Possible targets are the Crescent Moon, Mars, Orion Nebula, Pleiades (7 sisters), double star Gamma Leo.
