PLEASE NOTE: OUR GOAL IS TO ACCOMMODATE EACH SKATER! THEREFORE, IT IS ADVISED THAT YOU REGISTER EARLY. CLASSES THAT DO NOT MEET MINIMUM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS (3 Pre-Registrations) BY THE MORNING OF THE CLASS, WILL BE COMBINED WITH ANOTHER IF POSSIBLE. IF COMBINING CLASSES IS NOT POSSIBLE, THE CLASS WILL BE CANCELED. REGISTERING THE DAY OF THE CLASS DOES NOT ENSURE THAT THE CLASS WILL RUN.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

THE FOLLOWING IS INFORMATION ON THE DATES FOR CLASSES
*Semester 1 – January 2-February 28, 2017
- Classes WILL NOT meet on January 16 (MLK Day) MUST MAKE UP. Classes WILL meet during mid-winter break (Feb. 20-24).
- You can register at the rink at any time.
*Semester 2 – February 27-April 29, 2017
- Classes will NOT meet April 3-8 due to spring break. These classes do NOT need to be made up!
- On line registration will open the beginning of February. You can register at the rink at any time.
*Semester 3 – May 1-June 24, 2017
*Semester 4 – June 26-August 19, 2017
- Classes will NOT meet on Monday, July 4th. Please make this class up during the series.
- No classes over fall break 9/25-9/30 These classes do Not need to be made up.
*Semester 5 – August 21-October 21, 2017
- Classes will NOT meet on Monday, September 4th. Please make this class up during the series.
- There may be a Saturday when class times will change due to a hockey tournament. We will update this information when we receive it.
*Semester 6 – October 23-December 23, 2017
- Classes will NOT meet on November 20-25th. These classes do NOT need to be made up.
- Holiday show Series. Cost will increase slightly.
- There will be one or two Saturdays when class times will change due to a hockey tournament. We will update when the dates are known.

THE FOLLOWING INCLUDES COSTS AND PACKAGES
Class Packages
**Specialty Class participants will receive a $24.00 credit toward the following series IF they also enroll in a regular basic skills class. (Basic 6-8 and Freestyle 1-4)
Standard Package - $132.00 + $32.00 skate rental.
- Includes 8 group classes (1-30 minute class per week)
- UNLIMITED public sessions (does not include skate rental)
Gold Package - $275.00 + $32.00 skate rental if doing the same level class each day. $335.00 + skate rental if doing two different classes.
- 16 Group Classes (2-30 minute classes per week for 8 weeks)
- 8-15 minute private lessons with assigned instructor.
- UNLIMITED Public Sessions (does not include skate rental)
Silver Package - $225.00 + $32.00 skate rental if doing the same level class each day. $285.00 + skate rental if doing two different classes.
- 16 Group Classes (2-30 minute classes per week for 8 weeks)
- 4-15 minute private lessons with assigned instructor.
- UNLIMITED Public Sessions (does not include skate rental)
Bronze Package - $175.00 + $32.00 skate rental.

- Includes 8 Power or 8 Spins Classes.
- UNLIMITED Public Sessions
- NOTE: If signing up for both spins and power classes, sign up for the BRONZE package!
THE FOLLOWING CONTAINS A DESCRIPTION OF EACH CLASS.
Basic Class Descriptions
SnowPlow Sam 1, 2, 3
- For Children ages 3-5.
- Goal – To help skaters acclimate to the ice with games and pint sized basic skills.
- These levels are for both figure skaters and future hockey players.
Basic 1, 2, 3 & Adult Basic 1-4
- For children ages 6 and up.
- Adults ages 16 and up.
- To introduce basic skating elements & develop strong basic skills to enhance further learning. These levels are for both figure skaters and future hockey players.
Basic 4, 5, 6
- To introduce basic skaters to Turns, Spins and Spirals.
Basic 7, 8 & Freestyle
- To transition into beginning Figure skaters.Technique for Spins, Jumps, edges & footwork.
Specialty Class Descriptions
Power Skating
- For Basic 6 and up Skaters. Skaters will be divided into 2 groups to ensure the best experience.
- Focus for higher level group is on strength, stamina and speed!
- Focus for lower level group is on proper positioning and power.
Beginning Spins Class
- For skaters in Basic 6 and up.
- Skaters will learn the basic techniques to develop more centered spins with more revolutions.
